my provider is great, my complaint is that he is so busy it is difficult to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time unless you have been to immediate care or the hospital emergency room and been referred back to my pcp for followup.

I've had 3 PCP's at Dousedaicon before I found Doc Warrington - I will be staying with him permanently because he cares and has now been the only doctor I've seen who actually is trying to figure out my symptoms.

Post appointment (prior to leaving office), it sometimes takes a while for ancillary staff to complete blood draws, vaccinations, etc

I'm so pleased and lucky to have Dr. Warrington as my primary provider. He is super smart but also exceptionally good at explaining things in ways I understand, has a kind & warm personality and uses humor just when needed. This visit was after a weekend visit to the ED for an abrupt onset of colitis, so I really appreciated that he knew every detail of that--from scan results to meds I'd been put on, related side effects. It was so easy to talk about next steps. He encouraged a call back which I did a few days later which helped further about the meds and symptoms, he gave some additional specific directions.

I was seen quickly and the provider listened to my situation and acted accordingly, including a referral to a specialist. He also researched a situation and reported back to me.

My husband passed away in late July. Dr. Warrington called my home and talked with me when he was informed of the death I so appreciated his caring concern for me and my family at that time He has wonderful personal care as well as good medical care as part of his practice.

I love the care provider, but the front office receptionists are really difficult. Usually rude, dis-interested in your time and concerns to the point that the almost seem angry and inconvenienced by any call, no matter how simple. I dread calling to make appointments for myself or my children because of interactions with reception.

Dr. Warrington is very good, he listens and then explains exactly what he's going to do. I like him a lot. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

I was asked to enter the clinic through a side door and call when I arrived. There was no phone outside the door, so I called from my phone and was on hold for nearly 15 min before anyone answered. This made me late for my appt. Not everyone has a cell phone, so this is an accessibility concern. If the clinic has a policy of requiring patients with particular health issues to enter through a side door, they need a phone and/or a back door number so patients can get through without wasting time in the general phone queue.

The lab is my biggest concern. THEY ARE ALWAYS late: huge waiting lines, they can't find the doctor's standing orders, and I am diabetic and come in every three (3) months. This time, there were no hygiene masks to protect against the sneezers (in abundance - had to wait 10 minutes outside the waiting area for accommodation; then an emergency room patient was wheeled in on a stretcher along with two emts) what a circus! You posted signs that said I would have to wait for more than 30 minutes to get called in, and then I waited some more! WHY?
