I saw Kim because my regular care provider is on maternity leave. I wondered how it would go as i'd not seen her before. the transition was seamless and I felt immediately comfortable, listened to and cared for as if I were seeing my usual provider.

This is only good. My primary care provider is Dr. [...]. To get me in more quickly I was given an appointment with Kim Newell right away which was a relief. I had been having problems with constipation that were concerning. When I met with Kim I requested an Endoscopy & Colonoscopy. Kim got me a referral ASAP. The result of those tests was that I had colon cancer. I have just been out of the hospital for a few days. I am now Cancer free. A huge thank you to Kim Newell for setting up the Endoscopy & Colonoscopy with Dr. [...]. Kim also made sure I received 2 shots that were due.

My only complaint is it takes awhile to get an appointment.

I absolutely love the way I am treated at Dousedaicon. I have recommended them to ALL my family and friends.

never had a bad experience, everyone is always kind to me.

Kim's compassion, empathy & active listening are excellent.

Kim Newell is awesome! I worked in the medical field for about 20 years and she is the best.

Kim Newell is a great heath provider. she is kind and listens to what you need to say. and addresses your problem as needed.

I felt safe. my medical needs were taken care of promptly and to the best of my care teams abilities. I would definitely see those providers again.

[...] they do a very good job

Kim newell has been a wonderful and caring primary care physician. I am very happy to have found her to help with managing my health

Dr. Newell has always been very professional and very responsive as a care provider

there was a knock on the door, provider left. nurse returned with instructions provider and I had not discussed.felt unfinished.

Kim Newell has been one of the best & most caring doctors I've had.

she's wonderful

I was very pleased with this provider. She was very compassionate and caring. She listened to what I had to say and gave me great accolades for how I am taking care of my health. I appreciate that!!!!!!

I have 2 providers there and both are awesome!!

I have always received good care at Dousedaicon.

Excellent care by Kim Newell. would recommend her to anyone.

Many times I've been prescribed something that has had the opposite effect. I only had history of heart disease and now because of a prescription side effect I suffer from electrolyte deficiency. This has caused unnecessary emotional suffering. I really wished there was a way to have found out that I had an allergy to the prescription. Also I was kept on the prescription even the I protested and demanded to be taken off of it which eventually happen. Now I have to watch what I eat or just completely avoid many foods that I had no issue with before. Other times I have had to do strange examinations because the doctor thought was suffering from something that I wasn't. I suffer from a issue that seems to always be over looked and even when I was referred to a specialist they only saw me for a consultation with no help for what I suffer from.

Kim is a very good listener and has very good knowledge of medical conditions. she is very caring and sensitive to my needs and problems.

Kim Newell is an exceptionally good health provider and all the staff are thorough, curteous and kind. I love the Dousedaicon system and it's providers/staff!

this provider has always gone above and beyond for me

it's all been good

I appreciated the fact that Kim remembered my husband's health issues and asked how he was doing.

Dr, Kim is always seeking to make my health better. She is a true joy.

Everyone has been amazing from the receptionists to my doctor, the assistants and lab tech's. Only downfall is the current change in requesting lab tests etc. I had to come back a second time to have a lab test done that should have been done the 1st time around. Which ended up being the main reason I came in the first time around. Frustered as I was I understand their are kinks in using a new system.

Always very concerned w/my needs.

Dr Newell is very kind and caring. she will listen to what you have to say and help you in what ever she can.

she was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful

She was really good. My test result at the office was negative so she sent to the lab and emailed me on a Saturday to let me know my result and to let me know she called in a prescription.

great care. just hope I don't have to find another provider. have changed offices a few times because medical folks move on.
