I felt Dr. Walsh was somewhat dismissive and rushed. I was referred to the practice by my Neurologist after they discovered heart rate and rythyms in my EEG and subsequent EKG. Dr.Walsh was quick to dismiss this as anything more than a common benign condition. He cited 2011 and 2016 negative stress tests and showing no heart condition/disease as reason for no further tests being necessary. My continued questions/covers are driven by the frequency and strength of the arythmias. I experienced nothing like this when I was tested before. I am getting a second opinion and, of course, hope he shares Dr. Walsh.s opinion but reaches the diagnosis in a way that gives me more information and confidence.

Dr.Walsh is the perfect combination of all criteria used to evaluate his position as a heart specialist! He is absolutely a wonderful example of what a patient dreams about! So bright and confident, without an ounce of "Ego" showing....so kind and calm....he reassures and explains without talking down to the patient. You should maybe have him teach classes to "Newbee's" . He's wonderful!

phoning the clinic for an appointment involves a LONG wait! the first time I called I waited almost 20 minutes and then got disconnected! called again and waited almost 15 min and I couldn't wait any longer and hung up. the 3rd time I called at 4:50pm and waited almost 10 min and got through. this is the only reason I would hesitate in recommending this clinic.

my only concern during my visit was waiting for over 40 minutes in the exam room before visiting my Doctor. unless that was the result of some unexpected emergency case, it is not acceptable to keep the patient in a small room for such an extended period of time. I hope that I will not experience the same in my coming visits.

The doctor was fine. The scheduling staff was extremely frustrating. When I originally tried to set up an appointment in June, I was told that the schedule was screwed up and there was nothing that they could do. Even after the Doctor told them to schedule me, I was ignored. Finally I quit trying until November. It certainly was not what I expected when I called to schedule an appointment.

They're usually good on follow-ups it's only this visit that they forgot to call back regarding the results of my echocardiogram - it was the first time that this happened & I have to call them about it. In spite of that, I would say that they're okay.
